Order Forms and Price List
To view wholesale pricing and ordering forms you must be logged in.
- Minimum Order: No minimum order is required.
- Order Mix: Orders may have any quantity mix of fabrics, sizes, collars and leads.
- Custom Embroidery: Both dog names and location name dropping can be done in a wide variety of colors.
- Pricing: The “Total Number of Units” in the order determines unit pricing for that order. For example, if 14 collars and 10 leads are ordered (24 total units), then the price for each unit is listed in the column denoted “20 - 39”. This unit pricing pertains to all orders.
- How to Order: Orders can be placed by fax (877-488-8600), website (www.elmoscloset.com), email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or phone (877-488-8600).
- Payment: Initial orders must be paid by credit card, prepaid check, cashiers check, or money order. We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Net 30 terms are given only with preapproval. Checks returned for insufficient funds incur a $50.00 fee. Accounts incur a $50.00 collection fee for each invoice past 45 days due.
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days of order receipt. Orders with embroidery are typically shipped with 9 – 10 days of order receipt.
- Shipping: Standard shipping is via FedEx ground or the USPS from our location in Little Silver, NJ 07739.
- Returns: All returns require prior approval as not all patterns may be returned. Non-holiday merchandise must be returned within 10 days of order receipt. Holiday merchandise must be returned within 10 days after the holiday. All returns incur a 20% restocking fee. Custom items may not be returned. All returned merchandise must be in perfect, resalable condition.
